Breakfast Glucerna Shake 8-fl-oz
1/2 cup orange sections
Coffee or tea

Lunch Ham sandwich:
  • 2 oz lean ham (5% fat)
  • 1 oz low-fat Swiss cheese
  • 2 pieces tomato slices
  • 2 pieces romaine lettuce
  • 2 tps horseradish
  • 2 tps mayonnaise
  • 2 pieces rye bread
1/2 cup low-fat coleslaw
1 small pear or apple
Diet soda or sugar-free beverage

Dinner 3-oz roasted chicken breast
1 small baked potato
1 tsp margarine
1/2 cup broccoli
1 cup mixed green salad
2 Tbsp fat-free ranch dressing
1 dinner roll
Coffee or tea

Snacks Pumpkin bread, made with Glucerna Shake, one serving
1/2 cup skim milk
12 animal crackers
1 Tbps cream cheese
1 cup cantaloupe
